OUR PRODUCTS ARE ALL HAND MADE AND AS SUCH MAY INCUR A 3-5DAY DISPATCH DELAY. WE TRY OUR BEST TO HOLD STOCK OF THE MAJORITY OF OUR OFFERINGS, BUT FOR PRODUCTS IN DEMAND THIS WILL BE THE CASE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
NOTICE TO RUSSIAN & UKRAINIAN CUSTOMERS
We are suspending all services to Russia & Ukraine. No orders for these countries will be accepted. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes of orders once they have been made due to the speed at which we process our orders. We will do our best to assist with any requests but it will not always be possible to make changes.

When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection and we always provide the correct paperwork. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

All products unless otherwise stated in the product description are handmade to order at our Leeds, UK studio and may take up to 5 days for dispatch.
During our extremely busy periods eg. collection release weeks, black Friday, Christmas we stop all next day delivery services.
