MADE IN LEEDS. SENT WORLDWIDE.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every order is made, checked and packed by our small two-person team in Leeds. UK orders travel with Royal Mail or DPD; international orders are sent with DHL Express DDP, so applicable duties and taxes are handled at checkout rather than becoming a surprise when your parcel arrives.

We keep production deliberately small, make most pieces to order and support the garments after they leave us with free alterations and the lifetime guarantee.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Everything is made to order in our Leeds studio rather than pulled from mass-produced stock. Our two-person production team cuts, sews, finishes and checks each piece before it leaves us.

Our normal dispatch aim is 3–5 working days. During particularly busy launches, promotions or holiday periods it can occasionally take a little longer; if that happens, we’ll keep the current lead time clear on the site and do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time depends on the service and destination.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent from our Leeds studio using Royal Mail or DPD. The available service, estimated transit time and price are shown at checkout.

As soon as the parcel leaves us, you’ll receive tracking by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are sent with DHL Express. We use DHL because it gives us fast, fully tracked door-to-door delivery and reliable customs handling across the countries we ship to.

International orders are sent DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected through checkout, so you should not be asked to pay those charges again when the parcel arrives.

|

For customers in the United States: the UK–US tariff landscape is currently changing. At the time of writing, many of our UK-made garments are being assessed at total US import duties of around 29.7%, depending on the product and its customs classification. This can include additional US tariffs alongside the normal garment-specific duty.

We calculate and collect these costs at checkout as part of our DDP service. If US tariff rates change, the amount charged at checkout will change accordingly — our aim is always to show the full landed cost before you place your order, with no surprise customs bill on arrival.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

We want the price at checkout to be the price you expect to pay. For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are handled through our DDP setup rather than being left for the courier to collect at your door.

We always declare the correct value and description of the goods and provide the customs information required for the shipment. Where preferential origin applies to a UK-made garment, the relevant origin information is provided as part of the customs paperwork.

Customs authorities can occasionally ask the recipient for extra information before releasing a parcel. If that happens, it doesn’t necessarily mean there is another charge to pay — and if you need help, just get in touch.

RETURNS

If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The garment should be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with any original tags or packaging where reasonably possible.

Made-to-order on its own doesn’t mean you lose your normal return rights. The important exception is where a garment has been genuinely personalised or altered specifically to measurements or instructions you supplied.

For a change-of-mind return, return postage is normally your responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong thing, contact us first and we’ll put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Once a return reaches the studio, please allow around 3–5 working days for it to be checked and processed.

Please print and complete our returns form and include it inside your return parcel.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please contact us before sending an international return. DDP covers the original outbound delivery, but it doesn’t automatically cover the cost of sending a return back to the UK.

We’ll give you the correct return instructions and customs wording. Returned parcels should be clearly declared as RETURNED GOODS so they can be identified correctly by customs and unnecessary import charges are less likely to be raised.

Where taxes or duties were collected on the original order, the way those amounts are treated on a return can depend on the destination and applicable customs or tax rules. We’ll help with the information we can provide.

Please print and complete our returns form and include it inside your return parcel.

TRACKING & DELIVERY DETAILS

Please use a complete physical delivery address and make sure your email address and phone number are correct at checkout. DHL, Royal Mail, DPD or local customs authorities may use those details if they need to contact you about the delivery.

You’ll receive tracking automatically once the order has been dispatched. If the tracking looks unusual or a parcel appears to be delayed, email us and we’ll look into it for you.

FREE ALTERATIONS & LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Shipping the garment to you isn’t where the relationship ends. Free alterations and the lifetime guarantee are there to help keep your Glorydays pieces fitting well and in use for as long as possible.

You can request an alteration when ordering, or contact us after the garment arrives if something needs adjusting. If a piece needs attention further down the line, get in touch and we’ll assess what can be repaired or improved here in the Leeds studio.
