1. Processing & Dispatch
At Glorydays, every piece is made to order in our Leeds, UK studio. We do not hold mass-produced stock. Each garment, including all leather pieces, is individually cut, constructed, and finished upon purchase, the right way!
This production model ensures quality and reduces waste, but also means all orders require a very short dispatch delay whilst we hand make your pieces.
Please allow 3–5 working days for production and processing before shipment.
During periods of elevated demand, including product launches, promotional events, and holidays, processing times may be extended with our notice. Expedited shipping options may also be limited or temporarily unavailable during these periods.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production timelines as part of the made-to-order nature of our products. And we hope that you understand that the products you have ordered are being hand-made by us, specifically for you.
2. UK Shipping
Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 (1–2 business days transit)
Delivery aim is 1–2 business days
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1 PM)
Orders over £450 are fully insured
3. EU Shipping
DHL Europe Express (1–2 business days transit)
All our EU order are shipped via DHL European express service. This service is the fastest and most reliable service door to door in the EU.

Our goods are all of UK preferential origin so you will be charged 0% Duty on all orders from Glorydays

VAT and local taxes are payable on arrival
If customs charges are declined:

A 20% restocking fee applies

Shipping and taxes are non-refundable
We are not liable for customs processing delays.
4. International Shipping (Including USA, Canada & Rest of World)
All our international order are shipped via DHL European express service. This service is the fastest and most reliable service door to door in the industry.
DHL Worldwide Express (1–3 business days transit)
USA Shipments (Updated 2026):
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and tariff policies:

Duties and tariffs may now apply to shipments regardless of order value

The previous duty-free threshold is no longer guaranteed

Final charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are outside our control
If customs fees are declined:

The shipment will be returned or abandoned and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional clearance requirements.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Tracking is provided for all UK and international shipments.
6. Undeliverable or Declined Packages
If a package is:

Declined due to unpaid duties/taxes, or

Unclaimed by the recipient
It will be returned to us where possible.

A 20% restocking fee may apply

Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Additional shipping fees must be paid before re-dispatch
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays

Any tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value of all shipments and cannot alter this

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
