We hope you love your new purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
How to Return Your Items:
- Return Period: All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Condition: Please ensure the item(s) are in their original, unworn condition, carefully folded, and placed inside the recycled black garment bags you received.
- Return Packaging: Ensure that all items are suitably packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return Slip: Complete the returns slip provided with your order, or print it from [here]. This will help us locate your order and process it correctly.
Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit:
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process it.
- After inspection, we will issue a refund, process an exchange, or offer store credit, based on your preference.
- Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping & Return Costs:
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked/insured service to ensure you are covered if anything goes wrong during transit.
- Customs Fees: Please mark your return as “RETURNED GOODS” on any customs documents. Returns with unpaid duties, customs, or fees will be rejected.
- Return Address: Returns must be sent to the address shown on the return slip.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
